• Understand the three hazards of electricity, the effects on the employee and how to avoid them

• Understand the safe work practices and maintenance procedures required to work safely on or near energized catenary systems

• Exercise the proper care and use of electrical protective equipment

• Understand the proper application of Protective grounds

• Understand approach distances to energized circuits and equipment

Who Should Attend
Designed for personnel involved in the maintenance and repairs of energized catenary systems.

Requirements
Requires working knowledge of basic electricity and catenary systems.
